Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Carefully place your items back into their original shipping box with all protective inserts to ensure the delicate stems and petals are not damaged during transit.

Ship the Items

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our floral experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
